So today is my last day of phase one. I feel kinda different, haha. I will be taking my phase two photo tonight to see my progress. I hope it’s somewhat noticeable. I feel I did pretty good on my diet. I had a few days where I indulged a little, but it was my meal for dinner. I didn’t like down a bucket of ice cream or anything. » read more

So today is the first day of week 3, but not such a good first day. Unfortunately, I was just way too tired and had to get the extra sleep. That doesn’t mean I’m not going to do the work out. It is now the 2nd week of the program and I now have some insight into the program. I was able to formulate some opinions on the program and take away some good things. I know that I do not like the yoga portion, but it was essential as it freakin’ definietly loosened up my body and help alleviate some of the soreness I was feeling. The kenpo is pretty cool because it does some boxing moves. It basically is boxing on the Nintendo Wii in overdrive, haha. » read more

…Hello 2009. I have a few personal new year resolutions that I will hopefully be able to complete. One, of course, my new workout plan. It is now Day 5 and today is the legs, back, and abs workout. Yesterday was Yoga, and I was a bit skeptical because the moves seemed to be pretty tough, but it just meant I lacked balance and flexibility, haha. The yoga definietly helped workout the soreness in my body because I was pretty freakin’ sore. My motivation has been shifting back and forth, but I think it’s from having the week off from work and not doing hardly anything other then working out and reading. » read more
