		<description>To be fair I never said diet wasn&#039;t important. I just think you take it to extremes and don&#039;t allow yourself to stray even a little bit from a regime. My argument was that it isn&#039;t maintainable over the long term thus truly being a &quot;diet&quot; rather than a lifestyle change. Diet=temporary.

Though maybe for your personality type it works to be obsessive about things.   So FYI I think eating habits are actually MORE important than working out for fat loss, however you don&#039;t want to be a skinny weakling.</description>
