last day of phase one…

So today is my last day of phase one. I feel kinda different, haha. I will be taking my phase two photo tonight to see my progress. I hope it’s somewhat noticeable. I feel I did pretty good on my diet. I had a few days where I indulged a little, but it was my meal for dinner. I didn’t like down a bucket of ice cream or anything.I definitely feel as though I progressed in the work outs. I was doing more reps during the workouts and I am making it thru about 85% of the ab/core workouts where I could barely do any of the ab workouts when I first started. I think I’ll see minimal change in these photos, but when I near the end of month 2, I think i’ll see a lot more difference.

Unfortunately this week I am going to have to miss Plyometrics because I am having surgery on my face on Wednesday and they said I can’t do any lifting or aerobic exercises all day. But I will just run on Saturday to make up for the missed day, along with my leg workout. I have to make sure I do Kenpo early on Sunday since the Steelers are in the Super Bowl and I can’t miss that!

I finally settled down and bought a MacBook. It’s pretty bad ass. I spent about a week getting it customized. It My desktop. Custom dock, video wallpaper, custom stack icons, all necessary software, vista x64 partition, and self-installed 500GB hard drive. I’ll install 4GB of RAM once the price goes down. It’s a little tough getting use to, but I definitely notice myself mixing up shortcut keys between home mac usage and PC usage at work.

I am pretty excited that starting Wednesday evening, I am taking guitar lessons. I am pretty pumped about it. I’ve had an accoustic guitar sitting around for a while now and I feel it’s about time to start learning how to use it. I might try to use Logic Studio on the mac to record my progress or GarageBand or something. Gotta find out how to use those programs first, haha.

…So it’s about 4 hours after I wrote this post so I could come home and take my pics. Man.. I feel pretty worthless. I thought I was going all out in this workout and I really don’t notice any big improvements. ::sigh::
