what has been going on… man
walking out of your dreams..
Well, last time i posted, i was doing a photo shoot that day and going to New York for the weekend. The photo shoot went well and I got some pretty good pictures. Ali was real nice, i definitely recommend her to work with. You can check out her photos on my deviantArt or flickr accounts. It was a really nice for photos, unlike today. I mean come on, snow on my car.. that’s just ridiculous. Especially since it’s going to be in the 60’s tomorrow! I hope the weather will balance out soon, i want to wear shorts and sandals again (comfortably)..
As for my trip to New York.. well.. it was pretty awesome. I got to see the sights, went shopping, saw “I Love You, Man“, and made out with my first cougar. Definitely a memorable experience. TV makes N.Y. to be all big and bad, but it wasn’t as scary. I don’t know if I could live their though.. seems a bit too crazy. Plus, people walk too fast. I’m sure they were bitchin’ at me and new I was a tourist (that plus i was taking pics of everything)…
I got bored with myself again, so I decided to splurge and buy ‘Fallout 3‘ and the downloadable content (Xbox 360). Now that I bought it, instead of renting it, I can take a lot more time on it. I started ‘The Pitt’, which is post-apocalyptic Pittsburgh, but I think I am going to just start a whole new game. I like my character, but there were definitely some perks and upgrades I wish I could of taken instead.
When I’m not mindlessly sitting in front of the TV playing video games,I wanted to refresh my knowledge of the Spanish language. I took 3 years of it in high school, so I figured it should buried somewhere in my head. I got the Pimsleur course, so i’ll be starting that on my commute to and from work. That way, when someone cuts me off, I can yell, “Excuse me, where is the bathroom!”, and they won’t even know… unless they speak Spanish of course..
Not much has been going on.. basketball games at work have started, working, filling out some paperwork, planning another road trip.. Guess you will have to stay tuned
