almost the end of phase one
So today is the first day of week 3, but not such a good first day. Unfortunately, I was just way too tired and had to get the extra sleep. That doesn’t mean I’m not going to do the work out. Oh shit… They weren’t kidding when they said that it was Xtreme.. I ache, but a good ache. I did the ‘Classic’ routine for P90X and today’s workout was ‘Chest & Back’ and ‘Abs’. I wasn’t too surprised to realize that my core/abdominals really sucked and barely kept up with the routine. As for the chest and back, once roud two started, my arms could barely force out a push up without them shaking. Combined I did over a 100 pushups with other exercises such as pull ups and dumbbell exercises.
Today began the first day of the diet, which was semi-rough but by keeping myself occupied with other things, I just chugged water all day. Time is getting closer to Wednesday and I am nervous, yet excited to not have to put so much time into studying. Today, however, I kind of sabotaged myself…. ::sigh::
